SHOP ACCELERATOR
Apply

I'll build your shop's ads + sales machine in 14 days.

Watch this before you apply. I'd rather you rule yourself out here than on a call.

Then it's yours to keep. No monthly fee, nothing ongoing.

Ran a shop, not an agency Built in your accounts Your system, forever
Apply for Shop Accelerator Every application is read by me personally. You'll hear back within 12 hours.

Every agency in this industry rents you a lead machine for a monthly fee. The day you stop paying, they switch it off.

I build the machine inside your shop and hand you the keys.

11x ROAS, minimum That's the floor across every shop we've done this in. Auto Spa hit 18x directly from ad spend and closer to 25x counting referrals. The reason it compounds: better ads attract better leads, and a sales process that actually closes them turns ad spend into a growth engine, not an expense.
$5 leads, $10,000+ jobs Our leads run $5 to $10. Because of how the ads are built, we pull a higher rate of qualified leads than agencies do, at a lower cost per lead.
14 days From the first call to ads live, follow-up firing and your team running the script.

Every day you don't own this system, it costs you.

Either you're leaving money on the table by not running ads at all, or you're paying an agency every month to hold the machine that makes it. Both are expensive. Here's where it goes.

Fourteen days fixes all five, and you don't need a bigger ad budget to do it.

Your shop now, and your shop two weeks from now

Same bays, same crew, same services. What changes is what happens to a lead between the ad and the invoice.

WHERE YOU ARE TODAY

Running on memory and hustle

  • Leads scattered across four inboxes, checked whenever you get a minute
  • A lead sits for hours or days before anyone answers it
  • Ads run by an agency on their account — or not running at all
  • Every quote sounds different depending on who picked up the phone
  • Missed calls go nowhere, and that job goes to the next shop
  • Packed weeks, then dead weeks, and no idea which is coming

WHERE YOU ARE ON DAY 14

Running on a system you own

  • Every lead lands in one place, no matter which platform it came from
  • New leads get a text back in seconds, while they're still holding the phone
  • Ads run in your ad account, shot by your person, scaled on your call
  • One script, one price structure, and anyone in the shop can run it
  • A missed call fires an automatic text, so the ring still turns into a job
  • Lead flow you can turn up or down, and see coming a week out
What happens in between
WEEK ONE

Build

Ad account, pixel and lead form set up in your name. We plan and shoot your three ads together. Lead automation wired up and tested end to end — we push a fake lead through it and watch your phone light up.

WEEK TWO

Launch and train

Ads go live. We work the scripts with whoever answers your phone and role-play until it sounds natural. SOPs handed over. Then I watch the first days of spend with you and tell you what to adjust.

One requirement: on day one you name the person being trained. You, or somebody who works for you — but a real name, on the calls, from the start. Programs like this die when nobody's assigned.

What actually gets built

Five things. All of them go in your accounts, under your login.

The build 14 days · everything below is yours to keep

Your Facebook ad account, set up properly

Business Manager, pixel, lead form, audiences, campaign structure and budget — built in your account, not mine. I'll show you what to kill and what to scale before I leave.

INCLUDED

Three custom ads, with the shot lists to reshoot them

Three ads built for your shop and your market, live and running. Plus the shot list for each one, so when they fatigue you can film the replacements on a phone in an afternoon instead of hiring anybody.

INCLUDED

Instant lead follow-up, automated

A lead fills out the form and gets a text back in seconds, while they're still holding the phone. You get a notification the same moment. No more finding a three-day-old lead in an inbox you forgot to check.

INCLUDED

The scripts that closed millions in PPF, tint and ceramic

Inbound call script, outbound call script, text and follow-up scripts, and cheat sheets your guys can hold during a call. We role-play them live until whoever's answering your phone can actually run one.

INCLUDED

Written SOPs, plus my phone while you get it running

One-page reference docs for everything we build, so a new hire can pick it up without you re-teaching it. And you have me directly for 30 days after we finish.

INCLUDED

No retainer. No management fee. Nothing to renew. When the fourteen days are up, every one of these lives in your accounts and runs whether or not we ever speak again.

If it isn't running, I'm not done

Show up to the calls and shoot the footage when I ask for it. If your ads aren't live and your follow-up isn't firing by day fourteen, I keep working for free until they are.

That's not a refund I'm dangling in front of you. It's me saying the build gets finished, and the only way it doesn't is if you disappear on me.

This isn't for everybody

Questions I get on every call

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency runs ads on their account and sends you leads. Stop paying and it all disappears. You never owned any of it and you never learned how it worked. I build it in your account, train your person, and leave. You keep the account, the ads, the automation and the scripts.

I've never run a Facebook ad in my life.

Neither had I. We build the account together on a call and shoot the creative on your phone. If you can film an install, you can do this. And you're not doing it alone, because I'm on the calls with you the whole way through.

Do I have to be the one who learns it?

No, but somebody does, and we name them on day one. Plenty of owners put their tint guy or front desk person on it. That's often better, because they've got the time and they're already on the phone.

What do I need to spend on ads?

Start wherever you're comfortable. Twenty dollars a day is a fine place to begin, which is roughly $600 a month, and depending on your average ticket a single job off those ads can cover the entire month. We started at $250 just to test. Once the sales process is nailed down you can open the budget up, because the cash coming in outpaces the spend fast. Ad spend is always separate from what you pay me.

How fast will I start seeing leads?

Usually within three days of the first ad going live. I almost always get leads on day one, but sometimes it takes the algorithm a few days to settle. Whether those leads turn into paid jobs depends on how fast you call them and whether you run the script, which is exactly why both of those are part of the build.

What happens after the two weeks?

You run it. Everything sits in your accounts under your login, and the SOPs cover how each piece works. You also have me directly for 30 days after we finish, which covers the stretch where the ads are still settling and questions come up.

I'm not in Connecticut. Does that matter?

No. All of it is remote and every call is on Zoom. The footage for your ads gets filmed by you or your person, on a phone, in your shop.
